- 7010 T6 Aluminium
- Bar pad included
- Shot Peened: The process increases the fatigue life and durability of the bar.
- Knurled End: This gives a larger bonding area when applying grips to the handlebar.
- Anodised finish: The 15 step process is carefully carried on on each bar individually.
- Brace Clamps: They give the handlebar a greater strength whilst maintaining a comfortable flex in the bar.
- Highest Quality: Each handlebar undergoes 35 individual process to manufacture.

Exclusive aerospace aluminum alloy is preciously engineered for the best combination of strength and fatigue reduction. Oversize tube is machined down to 7/8in. to ensure a perfect diameter and prevent the handlebar from slipping in the clamps. Shot peened surface finish to help prevent fatigue failure. Laser etched positioning grid. Exclusive copyrighted, bonded lightweight single bolt clamping system for the cross-brace.
